Automatic Feeding System
Farmrob’s patented precise feeding system features a simple
structure, uniform
feeding, and user-friendly operation. Both of the auger filling
device and disc chain
filling device are available to suit different farm layouts.
The volume of the silo is configured based on the 3-day feed intake
of the chickens,
with a capacity of 6 tons per hour, ensuring fast filling. The
weighing device can
accurately weigh the feed and be remotely debugged with stable
operation.
Feeding outlet will automatically close after the feeders move away
to avoid feed
dropping. Equipped with the feed sensor to control the quantity of
feed to distribute
enough feed and avoid waste
In this system, even feed is distributed automatically to the
troughs from the feed
hoppers.The application of the patented feed leveler makes the
feeding more uniform.
To minimize waste and labor, the system is equipped with an
automatic residue
collector. This device efficiently returns uneaten feed from the ends of the
lines back
into the main distribution process, reducing manual cleanup and maximizing
feed
utilization.
