Galvanized Hopper
Ensuring the uniformity of the chickens means small differences in weight, body size,
and development level, which is crucial for enhancing production efficiency,
management efficiency, and overall health. We ensure uniform feed
for each chicken by
providing sufficient feeding space for each chicken through mature experience and
design.
Accessories of feeding system
Farmrob’s patented precise feeding system features a simple structure,
uniform
feeding, and convenient operation, which effectively addressed the
widespread issue of
uneven feeding within the industry.
Filling devices: the filling process is two-stage. The slant and
transverse filling are
respectively controlled by one motor to avoid the breakage of the
auger and the pipe at
the intersection, greatly reducing the failure rate. Feed outlet
and inlet will be
automatically closed after the feeders move away to avoid feed
dropping.
The patented feed leveler makes the feeding more uniform. Combined
with the use of
the residue collector, it saves labor and avoids the waste of feed.
Feeding carts are
equipped with residue collector to automatically return the
remaining feeds at the head
and tail.
Each hot-dip galvanized hopper is equipped with a transparent
observation port. The
hoppers are large, allowing for back-and-forth feeding. Each hopper
is also provided
with a dust cover to reduce dust. The chicken driving stick
prevents the feeding cart
from cutting the chicken heads.
Track is hot-dip galvanized rectangular pipe. Size: 30mm*60mm
thickness: 2.5mm.
The volume of the silo is configured based on the 3-day feed intake of the chickens.
Both the slant and transverse feeding pipes are 110#, with a capacity of 6 tons
per hour,
ensuring fast filling. The weighing device can accurately weigh the feed and be
remotely debugged with stable operation.
